| ORDERING INFORMATION |

orders can be placed using the on-line shopping cart or via e-mail (see address on the homepage) or phone (646-325-4964). accepted payment methods are: credit card (on-line orders only), paypal,
cash, money order, and personal check (please allow time for the check to clear before
shipment).
custom orders are always welcome – if you see something you might like in another color,
or have a certain outfit you would like to accessorize, please let me know! i’ll work with
you to create the perfect piece! allow two weeks minimum for custom orders.

| SHIPPING INFORMATION |
| all items are shipped in a bag/box that is suitable for gift-giving.
items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. the shipping cost on individual orders is $5 plus insurance, if requested. additional charges may be incurred for larger orders. insurance runs $1 - $4,
depending on the value of your purchase.
if you would prefer rush shipping (Fed Ex or UPS), please contact me to discuss the price.

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |
| we will be happy to exchange any purchase within 7 days of receipt of your order, or we will offer you a merchandise credit. please note that the shipping and handling charge is not refundable. in addition, custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable. if your item breaks after being worn, we will be happy to repair it for you at a minimal charge (please save as many beads as you can). |
